1. Overview

BAMENOS provides field service management software to businesses across the United States. This policy explains what information BAMENOS collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you. It applies to our website and to the BAMENOS application (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — name, email address, and password when you register for the Service.
  • Business information — your organization's name, industry, contact details, address, service area, and team size when you complete onboarding.
  • Operational data — customers, leads, service requests, estimates, jobs, appointments, invoices, notes, attachments, and team records you and your team enter into the Service.
  • Support and contact data — the name, email, company, and message you submit through our contact form.
  • Usage data — basic analytics about how the website and Service are accessed, used to improve performance and reliability.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • Store and process your organization's operational data on your behalf;
  • Respond to support requests and contact inquiries;
  • Process subscriptions and billing, where applicable;
  • Improve the Service and develop new features.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your organization's operational data to advertise to anyone.

4. Data ownership and isolation

Operational data you enter (customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, and related records) belongs to your organization. Each organization's data is isolated at the record level: users can only access records belonging to their own organization, subject to their role within that organization. BAMENOS staff access to operational data is limited to what is necessary to provide support, resolve incidents, or comply with law.

5. File storage

Files uploaded by end users (for example, job attachments) are stored in the Service's private storage and are only accessible through time-limited, signed links granted to authorized users of the organization that owns them.

6. Data sharing

We share information only with: (a) service providers that host or process data on our behalf (such as authentication, database, email, and payment infrastructure) under contractual confidentiality obligations; (b) payment processors, to the extent needed to process subscriptions; and (c) authorities or third parties where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of BAMENOS, its users, or the public.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel or your account becomes inactive, we may retain data for a reasonable period for compliance, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Records you or your organization choose to archive are preserved for historical and audit purposes until deletion is requested.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Organization owners may also request an export of their organization's data. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact page and we will verify your identity before acting on the request.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including authenticated sessions, transport encryption, role-based access rules, and record-level data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the website or the Service before they take effect.
